Sagicc, through its website sagicc.co communicates information related to the software solutions offered to companies and people interested in technology services for an omnichannel customer service experience. Likewise, it publishes information related to TechniSupport SAS, the company that owns the software, current topics in the news and blog.

Our online presence adopts IT measures to ensure secure browsing and incorporates best practices for the protection of personal data, in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decrees. This includes the right to “know, update, rectify and delete information collected in databases or files (…)” obtained by Sagicc from prospects, customers, suppliers, employees, and other contacts with whom it has or may have a commercial or employment relationship.

Use and Processing of Data

We notify that the personal information freely, spontaneously and voluntarily provided to Sagicc through the contact forms on our website sagicc.co, advertising campaigns, and other marketing forms is stored in a database under the responsibility and ownership of TechniSupport SAS, inaccessible to third parties, and will only be used to:

The accuracy of personal data is the sole responsibility of the individuals who register, and TechniSupport SAS is exempt from any liability for the registration of data that does not belong to the registrant.

Data Sharing with Partners: We will not sell your data to third parties, but we may share it with external partners that help us provide our services, always in compliance with our privacy policies and applicable regulations.

Security Procedures: We have implemented strict security procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of your information. This includes technical, administrative, and organizational measures that protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or improper disclosure.

Connection with Your Accounts: To enable integration with messaging and email services, we connect with your accounts to generate the necessary access tokens that allow us to read and send messages and emails on your behalf.

Stored Information: We only keep your email address and/or username, and the generated access tokens. All confidentiality agreements and protocols are maintained to protect the information shared with these platforms. This information will be available during the commercial relationship with Sagicc. Once the relationship ends, all information will be deleted from our platform.

Non-Stored Information: We do not store or have access to your passwords or other sensitive data related to your account credentials.

Use of Google APIs: Sagicc has developed a feature that allows its customers to connect their Gmail inbox using OAuth with our platform. By connecting your company’s Gmail inbox to your Sagicc instance, you authorize Sagicc to connect the instance with your personal information in Google, view your personal information (including any data you have made available), and access your email address and emails to convert them into cases within our platform. This connection also allows responding to customer emails directly from Sagicc and deleting them once they have been processed.

Sagicc does not use Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train general-purpose AI or machine learning models. The use Sagicc makes of information received through Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirement.

Data Subject Rights

Users registered on this website may exercise their right to know, update, modify, and delete the personal data stored in databases associated with them, by following the procedures set forth in these terms and conditions. The exercise of habeas data rights may not be carried out if a commercial transaction is in progress.

Users may exercise their rights by contacting TechniSupport SAS’s commercial department, which will process requests and address any questions regarding the treatment of their information. Requests must be sent via email to info@sagicc.co, including full name and identification number, and specifying the personal data they wish to know, update, modify, or delete. Deleted or removed data will be blocked and cannot be processed or accessed by TechniSupport SAS or any third party.
